Free Shipping
All orders over $500 ship free within the contiguous United States. No promo codes required.
Standard Delivery
Orders under $500 ship for a flat rate of $29. Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Delivery
2–3 business day delivery available at checkout. Rate calculated based on order weight and destination.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the following business day.
Large or custom commercial orders (10 or more units) may require additional processing time. Our sales team will contact you with a confirmed dispatch date for these orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional freight charges and extended delivery windows of 7–14 business days.
International shipping is available to select countries. Contact our sales team at sales@otyx.com for a custom international freight quote.
Freight & White-Glove Delivery
Smart panels 65 inches and larger are shipped via freight carrier and require a delivery appointment. Our logistics team will contact you within 24 hours of dispatch to schedule a delivery window.
White-glove installation service (delivery, unpacking, mounting, and setup) is available in most metropolitan areas. Select this option at checkout or contact our sales team.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also view real-time order status in your Orders dashboard.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect all deliveries before signing. If packaging shows visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage before opening. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@otyx.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
