Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging included. Products that show signs of installation, physical damage caused by the customer, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.
To initiate a return, sign in to your account and visit My Orders. Select the order and item you wish to return. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email within one business day for eligible returns.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software licenses or digital access keys
- Custom-configured or built-to-order hardware
- Items purchased through third-party resellers
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
2-Year Hardware Warranty
All OTYX hardware products are covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. The warranty covers parts and labour; it does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
To file a warranty claim, contact support@otyx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will diagnose remotely where possible or arrange a replacement unit.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty plans covering years 3 and 4 are available for purchase within 90 days of your original order. Contact our sales team for pricing and coverage details.
